Risk Disclosure
Version 2026-10-19.1 · English
1. Join voluntarily and with understanding
Join only by your own informed choice. Do not register, connect a broker account, recharge or activate copying if someone is pressuring you, has enrolled you without permission, or has promised you assured profits. If you do not understand trading, the service, fees or these documents, stop and obtain an explanation or independent professional advice before proceeding. A referral does not replace your own decision.
2. Eligibility and honest information
You must be an adult with legal capacity to contract and be permitted to use the particular service in your location. Do not bypass local restrictions. Provide accurate account information and complete applicable identity, broker and service checks. Register only for an account you are authorised to control.
3. No assured return or protection from loss
Trading can produce profits or losses, including loss of all money committed to trading. Leverage may increase losses, and liability beyond a deposit depends on the instrument, broker terms and applicable protections. Trade only with money you can afford to lose without affecting essential living costs, debts or financial security. If that risk is unacceptable, do not activate this service. There is no guaranteed profit, capital protection, fixed income or guaranteed recovery of losses.
4. Your broker capital and service balances
Trading capital is held in your own broker account under your agreement with that broker. Do not transfer trading capital to EQT Protocol, a referrer or an individual claiming to invest it for you. EQT Protocol separately receives service payments and advance recharges for disclosed fees. A platform wallet or advance recharge is a service balance, not a broker trading deposit, savings account or promise of investment returns.
5. Copying and your risk choices
Strategies may come from EQT Protocol experts or independent providers. Check the provider, strategy details and charges before activation. Where supported, you may select provider-aligned copying or customise lot sizing, multipliers, risk settings and stop-loss/take-profit settings. You must review your settings and account exposure. Provider-aligned copying does not guarantee identical trades, prices, lot sizes, timing or results on a different broker account.
6. Execution, connectivity and stop-loss limitations
Copying, arbitrage and automation depend on brokers, markets, liquidity, account permissions and network availability. Slippage, price gaps, rejection, symbol mapping, minimum trade sizes, outages and delays can change or prevent execution. A stop loss or other risk setting is not a guarantee of execution at the selected price or of a maximum loss. You remain responsible for monitoring your broker account and any open positions.
7. Company and independent strategies
EQT Protocol experts may develop company strategies, and independent providers may offer their own strategies. Neither a company label, approval for listing, ranking, backtest nor a provider track record assures quality, suitability or future profit. Review who provides the strategy and understand the approach yourself.
8. Historical results and changing markets
Historical, simulated, sample and backtested results are not reliable guarantees of future performance. Fees, spreads, slippage, leverage, deposits and withdrawals can change the results actually achieved. Market conditions and a strategy may change.
9. Leverage, concentration and arbitrage
Leverage magnifies exposure. Related instruments may stop moving together, one side of an arbitrage or hedge may fail to execute, and concentrated or correlated positions may lose together. A hedge or an arbitrage label does not make trading risk-free.
10. Profit-sharing and advance recharge
The currently configured standard strategy profit-sharing fee is 50% of chargeable profit, not of the trading capital. At a 50% fee, 100 of chargeable profit produces a 50 service charge. Fees are debited from the separate advance wallet. The current strategy billing process uses daily profit snapshots and a cumulative high-water mark to determine chargeable profit; it does not simply charge every positive trade without considering that calculation. Review the applicable fee, account currency/conversion and statement before activating. An insufficient advance balance may pause copying; a pause does not necessarily close positions already open at the broker.
11. Affordability and your decision
Do not use rent, emergency savings, essential household money or funds you cannot afford to lose. Do not participate merely because a friend, referrer or salesperson urges you to do so. If you lack the knowledge needed to understand the risks, do not activate copying until you have obtained an explanation and can make an informed decision. Seek independent advice where appropriate.
12. Trading responsibility and mandatory rights
You decide whether to participate, which provider to follow, how much to allocate and which risk settings to use. EQT Protocol does not insure or promise to reimburse ordinary market losses or differences in copied execution. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these documents excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights or access to lawful complaint and dispute procedures.
13. Before you activate
Read the Terms & Conditions and the relevant strategy and broker information, check all charges, verify your risk configuration and retain these documents. A checkbox acknowledges this disclosure; it is not a guarantee against loss or a waiver of non-excludable rights. Use the Support section in your account. The public legal support email is awaiting confirmation.
