Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-19.1 · English

Draft document. Operator details and legal review are pending; this is not a final approved agreement.

1. Who is responsible for your information

EQT Protocol is the service brand. The contracting entity, registered address and registered country are awaiting confirmation. This document remains a draft until those details and legal review are complete. Use the Support section in your account to request privacy assistance. The public privacy contact is awaiting confirmation.

2. Information used by the service

Depending on the features you use, information includes your name, username, email, telephone and country; account profile and submitted identity information; broker/account identifiers and connection permissions; trading and fee records; service-wallet transactions; referrals; support messages; and security or technical request information. Do not submit passwords, verification codes or sensitive documents in public fields.

3. Registration and policy records

We record the three policy choices, document versions and full-text snapshots, the acknowledgement time, request IP address and browser user-agent. This supports account administration, security and evidence of the document presented. Keeping this record does not establish that a user actually read every sentence or that a service is suitable.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify requests where applicable, connect selected services, provide copying and statements, calculate disclosed fees, answer support requests and meet applicable obligations. The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and applicable law, including providing a requested service, legal obligations, legitimate security interests where permitted, or consent where required. This draft requires confirmation of the operating entity and its actual processing arrangements before publication as a final notice.

5. Service messages and marketing

Registration, verification, welcome, policy-copy, security, payment and service messages are operational communications. Accepting these policies does not subscribe you to promotional campaigns. Marketing that requires consent must use a separate choice and offer the required withdrawal or unsubscribe mechanism.

6. Access, providers and disclosures

Authorised personnel and necessary providers may process information for hosting, email delivery, identity checks, broker connectivity, execution, payments, security and support. Relevant information may also be disclosed where lawfully required. An independent strategy provider is a separate participant; check the provider relationship before connecting. The operator must confirm the actual provider list, roles and sharing arrangements for the production service.

7. International processing

Providers or recipients may be located in other countries. The operator must identify applicable international transfers and the required safeguards before releasing a final notice. This draft does not assert that any particular transfer has been approved.

8. Retention and protection

Keep information only for as long as required for the stated service, security, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Retention criteria include account status, the type of record, outstanding disputes and applicable statutory obligations. The exact retention schedule and implemented safeguards require operator confirmation. No online system can promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of a consent where that is the relevant legal basis. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate unresolved disputes. You may use available account controls to manage connections. Use the Support section in your account to request privacy assistance. The public privacy contact is awaiting confirmation. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority where that right applies.

10. Cookies and website features

Account sessions, authentication and security may require essential cookies or similar storage. Optional analytics, advertising or other tracking must be disclosed and controlled as required by applicable law; acceptance of this policy is not blanket consent to optional tracking. The production cookie inventory and controls require confirmation.

11. Updates and your copy

Material changes should be communicated as required. Your registration receipt contains the version you acknowledged; later website changes do not replace that historical copy. Contact support if you believe registration occurred without your authorisation.

Learn the options

Dashboard

See a summary of your EQT account and use the shortcuts to open each service. Balances, activity and progress come from the corresponding service records.

EQT Connect

Manage your connected trading accounts and copying setup here. The account currency, server and status identify the actual connection; changing the screen appearance does not change those settings.

Wallet

The Main Wallet is one of your EQT payment balances. A service can use it only where that service offers it as a payment source. Check the amount and recipient before confirming a transfer.

Earning Wallet

This wallet holds earnings recorded by EQT. Available payment and withdrawal options follow the existing wallet rules. The displayed available balance is the amount you can currently use.

Recharge Wallet

Use the recharge balance for the services that support it. It is separate from the Main Wallet and earnings balance; check the selected wallet on the payment review before confirming.

Transfer

Move funds or assets through the selected service. Verify the source, destination, amount, currency or network and any fee on its review screen. This help bubble never submits a transfer.

Exchange

Exchange one supported balance or asset for another. The available pairs, conversion rate and fees belong to the chosen service; read the final quoted amounts before confirming.

Subscriptions

Choose a subscription and review its price, duration and included benefits. Book access and the first-time airdrop follow the purchased plan; renewal does not create another first-time award.

Strategies

Explore the strategy information, return history and available copying route. Use the selected period when comparing metrics. Past performance describes recorded results and does not determine future returns.

Favorites

Mark a strategy with the star to save it as a favourite. Enable the favourites filter to show only those saved strategies; removing a star removes it from that list.

Filters

Narrow the displayed results using the available criteria. Choose the time period first when comparing returns, rating, risk or win rate. Reset clears the filter selection.

Return

Return is the percentage change reported for the selected period. Daily, weekly and monthly group the history differently. Hover or tap a chart bar to see its recorded date and value.

Win Rate

Win rate compares profitable closed trades with all closed trades in the reported data. It does not measure how large each win or loss was, so read it alongside return and drawdown.

Risk

Risk band is the risk measure reported by this service for the selected data. Compare it with the drawdown and trading history; a lower band is not a guarantee against loss.

AUM

Assets under management is the total asset value recorded as managed or allocated to the strategy. It is different from the strategy return and is not your personal wallet balance.

Drawdown

Drawdown measures the fall from an earlier peak in the reported history. Read the period and whether the data is balance or equity based. A past maximum is not a limit on future loss.

Lot Multiplier

Manual sizing uses master lots × multiplier ÷ 100. For a 0.2 master lot: 100 copies 0.2, 50 copies 0.1, 150 copies 0.3. USD and USC keep their own account labels; this mode does not add an equity ratio. Broker lot limits and steps still apply.

Auto Equity Ratio

Automatic sizing recalculates the follower-to-master equity ratio for each new trade using the engine’s account-unit handling. With comparable equity of 10,000 versus 5,000, a master lot of 0.2 becomes 0.1. Existing open positions are not resized by this calculation.

Stop loss

A copied stop loss follows the master setting where supported. A fixed stop uses the configured price distance instead. The broker must accept and confirm the level; changing this option alone is not proof that a stop is active.

Take profit

A copied take profit follows the master target where supported. A fixed target uses the configured distance. Treat an applied request and a broker-confirmed target as separate states.

Copy Pending Orders

When enabled, supported pending orders are included in the copying configuration. Pending orders wait for their price conditions; they are different from trades already open in the market.

Fixed USD

Optional amount or equity-percentage profit and loss controls are separate from copied SL/TP. An enabled limit uses its configured basis and scope. Read the setting before saving; disabled controls do not impose a limit.

Pips

A pip is a price-distance unit. Its conversion depends on the connected symbol and broker specifications. Tick size, price precision, minimum stop distance and volume limits must be respected; one gold or BTC rule must not be assumed for every broker.

Copier Logs

Read the recorded copying events, execution results and errors. Use account, date and status filters to trace a request. A submitted request is different from a confirmed broker execution.

Performance

Read the statistics calculated from the available account or trade records. Check the selected date range, filters and currency before comparing results. An empty history should not be read as a successful trading result.

Portfolio

Balance and equity belong to each connected account. USD and USC are displayed in their own units. Compare totals only when the screen explicitly uses a common converted basis; do not add cents and dollars as if they were the same unit.

Marketplace

Browse the available trading tools and learning products. Product details and access conditions appear on each listing. Where offered, purchases can use Main, Earning or Recharge Wallet; confirm the selected source at checkout.

My library

Book access follows your active subscription entitlement. The $50, $100, $150 and $250 plans include 20%, 40%, 60% and all eligible books respectively. Unlocking uses your own EQT account and does not grant another user’s entitlement.

Certificates

Certificates are separate for subscription, trading profit-sharing and tier qualifications. Each designation is based on that programme’s existing rules. Qualification in one programme does not automatically qualify the same rank in another.

Referrals

View the people linked to your referral network and the progress recorded for each programme. Direct referrals and business-volume conditions are evaluated by that programme’s existing qualification rules.

Tiers

Review each tier’s price, duration and conditions before choosing it. Tier records and qualifications belong to the tier programme and remain separate from subscription and trading profit-sharing qualifications.

Crypto Hub

This is your crypto workspace. Check the selected blockchain network before receiving or sending assets. The device password unlocks the local wallet; keep recovery words private and use the encrypted-backup workflow for backup checks.

Airdrops

The subscription award is issued once on the first eligible purchase: $50 gives 100 units, $100 gives 250, $150 gives 500 and $250 gives 1,000. It is recorded in Crypto Hub; renewal does not issue it again.

Presale

Read the current sale status, quoted quantity, token price calculation and closing time on the presale page. A recorded presale allocation is separate from a deployed on-chain token or a withdrawable wallet balance.

Webinars

Hosts create meetings with their own headline, meeting ID and passcode. Search for the headline or use the shared meeting link, then enter that meeting’s credentials. Invited participants join free; hosting follows the host-plan entitlement.

IT Services

Choose a service, describe your project and review the brief before sending. A brief creates an enquiry for the team; scope, quotation, payment and delivery arrangements are agreed afterwards. Track the request in My Projects.

Proposed budget

The proposed budget is your estimate, not a charge or agreed quotation. The deadline is optional and must be after today. Explain your requirements and attach supporting documents up to 10 MB per file, then review before sending.

Notifications

Open recorded notifications or transaction history to follow account activity. Check each record’s status and timestamp. Pending, submitted and completed are different stages; a screen message alone does not replace the corresponding service confirmation.

Support

Use settings for your account preferences and support for service questions. Describe the issue and include the relevant record reference. Never include a wallet recovery phrase or account password in a support message.

Education

Open the learning area to see available training and the courses your account can access. Course access follows the existing purchase or subscription entitlement; viewing this explanation does not enrol or charge you.

Copier Templates

Save a reusable collection of copier settings and review it before applying it through the existing copier workflow. A template is configuration, not a new broker connection or proof of execution.

Rooms

Create a named community space, invite members and organise existing strategies. Members retain control of their own account connections and existing account-seat subscriptions. A community room is separate from a webinar meeting.

Position Sentiment

Read the available long-versus-short positioning for the selected instruments and filters. Coverage depends on the underlying records or data provider. It is a positioning summary, not an instruction to open a trade.

Integrations

Review existing connections and any optional delivery settings offered by this workspace. Read the displayed worker and integration status. Saving a preference does not mean a planned integration is available or that a message was delivered.

Feature Requests

Use this area to describe an improvement or feature you would like the team to consider. Existing request status reflects the recorded review process; submitting an idea does not promise a delivery date.

Billing

View your existing copier account-seat plan, its period and recorded fee receipts. Review plan opens the existing seat purchase flow. Merely opening Billing does not pay or renew a plan.

Rewards

Review rewards recorded for your account and their current eligibility or claim status. Each programme has its own qualification rules. A displayed progress item is different from a credited or withdrawable reward.

Verification

Check the account verification requirements and current review status. Submit only the documents requested by the existing verification flow. Changing display language or theme does not approve verification.

Payout accounts

Manage the payout details supported by the existing withdrawal flow. Check the chosen method and beneficiary before submitting a withdrawal. Adding or viewing a payout account is different from actually sending a withdrawal.

Become provider

Open the strategy-provider application and read its requirements. Completing an application follows the existing review and activation process; it does not automatically activate a public strategy.

Account Trades

Review the trades recorded for the selected account and period. Check symbol, direction, volume, opening or closing time and status. A displayed historical trade is not a new order request.

Broker

Use the account’s actual broker, server and symbol specification. Minimum and maximum volume, lot step, tick size and stop-distance rules can differ between brokers and instruments. The visible account currency remains USD or USC as recorded.
